DirectBuy is a nationwide outlet that sells appliances, furniture, fixtures, carpet and much more via a membership program. Communication is vital to their overall sales and marketing campaigns conducted on an ongoing basis. Unified360 is providing their technology solution based on Cisco unified communications (voice over IP) technology and communication services through a strategic relationship with CBeyond.
