Danish Defence deploys Titus Labs message classification to classify military email

OTTAWA – Titus Labs Inc., the leading provider of email and document classification software today announced that the Danish Defence IT Agency, has deployed Titus Labs Message Classification to 15,000 users to force the classification of all emails in Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Web Access. The Kingdom of Denmark consists of Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands and the Danish Defence IT Agency is the central body that manages IT for the Danish Army, Navy, Air Force and Home Guard.

The Danish Defence has deployed the Titus Labs software to enhance their existing technology investments. The solution adds value to the Microsoft infrastructure by forcing users to consistently classify all emails in compliance with national and international labeling policies. Additionally, Danish Defence needed the capability to label emails in order to make data releasable to the Internet. The solution enables users to publish to the Internet from their workstations.
