CCT To Resell Extreme Networks, Leverage Avaya Technology
Companies team up to deliver converged voice and data communications solutions.

Extreme Networks has teamed up with UK-based Call Center Technology (CCT) to leverage technology from Avaya and deliver converged voice and data communications solutions.
According to company officials, CCT will resell Extreme Networks' portfolio of high-performance communications solutions and provide customer consultancy, sales, services and support.
Extreme Networks and Avaya are working on offering standardized, best-of-breed solutions that are open and flexible. These solutions, contend officials, should allow enterprise customers to reduce their deployment costs, improve security and increase the longevity of communications infrastructure
As part of the deal, Extreme Networks will provide specialist training and support for CCT's sales and engineering teams. CCT has joined the Extreme Solutions Partner (ESP) program.
