BMC Appoints Ittycheria

HOUSTON -- BMC Software (NYSE:BMC) today announced that Dev Ittycheria, president and chief executive officer of BladeLogic, has joined BMC Software as senior vice president for strategy and corporate development. BMC announced the completion of the BladeLogic acquisition on April 18, 2008.
