Comerica chooses Actimize and IBM for anti-money laundering compliance

NEW YORK -- Actimize Inc., a leading provider of compliance and fraud prevention solutions for the financial services industry, and IBM (NYSE: IBM - News) today announced that Comerica, one of the top 20 largest US banks, has selected Actimize Anti-Money Laundering (AML) software and IBM Global Business Services to help manage AML compliance across its retail, commercial, securities and trust divisions.
Comerica is moving to an Actimize AML solution that delivers a single view of AML process across the enterprise including sophisticated monitoring capabilities such as watch list screening, many AML detection scenarios, peer group monitoring, and Logical Entity alerting. IBM Global Business Services is helping Comerica implement the new Actimize solution and integrate it with their existing infrastructure.
