TORRANCE, Calif. -- TRENDnet, a best-in-class networking manufacturer of wired and wireless networking solutions, and Orb Networks™, a leading developer of software and services that unlocks the digital media on personal computers for enjoyment anywhere, today announced a partnership that will make it faster and easier for consumers to store, share and stream TRENDnet and other digital media in their homes and wherever they choose to consume media outside their homes.

TRENDnet plans to bundle Orb software with a series of new best-in-class hardware products including IP cameras, networked storage servers and routers, starting in the first quarter of 2007. This will give TRENDnet customers the choice of using either TRENDnet’s existing in-box software or Orb’s pioneering solution to view and control their media. Orb allows you to enjoy all digital media from your home PC on any other networked device with an internet connection – be it TV, other PCs, lap-tops, PDAs or mobile phones with streaming players. Digital media includes live TRENDnet IP camera feeds and recorded TV, music, Internet and home videos, photos and more.
