DALLAS -- Tek-Tools Software, a leading provider of IT resource management software solutions, today announced that it continues its track record of double-digit revenue growth closing 2007 with more than 15 percent revenue growth over the previous year. Customers from the Fortune 50 to the Fortune 5000 across every major vertical market and channel partners continue to turn to Tek-Tools solutions to gain a clear and comprehensive view of IT infrastructure in order to maximize this investment.

In 2007, Tek-Tools added more than 200 new customers for its Profiler Suite offerings, bringing the customer base to more than 800. Tek-Tools also expanded its network of channel and technology partners signing an OEM agreement with backup, recovery, and archiving company, Quantum, whereby Quantum will re-brand the Profiler Suite as Storage Care Vision; and strategic reseller agreements with AdviStor, a leading provider of data storage and data protection solutions and Cambridge Computer, a national integrator specializing in data storage and data protection solutions. Tek-Tools also achieved Principal Partner status in the Sun Partner Advantage Program, for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs); and Alliance Partner status with LSI Corporation whereby Tek-Tools Profiler Suite supports all LSI Engenio storage systems that are delivered through LSI OEM partners. The company has also partnered with Walden Technology Partners, Inc. to continue to broaden its industry presence and establish new strategic partnerships.

In tandem with these efforts, Tek-Tools continued to evolve its flagship IT resource management suite, Profiler, in 2007 with:

  • the enhanced Profiler for NetApp module for advanced reporting and monitoring for Network Appliance Storage Systems;

  • expanded SAN support, for storage arrays from EMC, IBM, HP, HDS, LSI, and Network Appliance;

  • successful completion of interoperability testing with IBM’s System Storage N Series products to achieve IBM System Storage Proven status.

“It has been another fruitful year for Tek-Tools with growth in all aspects of our business and we do not intend to rest on our laurels,” said Ken Barth, President and CEO of Tek-Tools. “Managing IT resources will only get more and more complex as things like virtualization technologies take hold. In the coming year, we will continue expand our products to continue to meet customers’ ever-changing needs and our network of OEM and reseller partners to extend our global reach.”Tek-Tools Inc.
