Spare Backup Intros DialAGeek

Spare Backup announces agreement to provide DialAGeek and its customers PC storage and backup service

PALM DESERT, Calif. -- Spare Backup, Inc. (OTCBB:SPBU) announced today that it has signed an agreement to provide DialAGeek, a 24/7 technical support organization supplying a virtually complete list of support services to computer users, and its customers in the United States, Germany, Japan and Australia with online data storage and backup services.

Under the terms of the agreement, Spare Backup will supply 1 (One) Gigabyte of online storage to each customer that purchases a DialAGeek contract. If the customers storage requirements exceed 1 Gigabyte, the customer will in due course be notified of that occurrence and thereafter be automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription by DialAGeek. The monthly subscription includes online data storage up to 50 (Fifty) Gigabytes. Spare Backup will receive recurring monthly revenue from DialAGeek when the customer enters the monthly subscription plan. The specific revenue sharing arrangement was not disclosed.
