Because the SANbox 9000 and SANbox 5000 Series offer the industry's only 10Gb Fibre Channel connectivity from core to edge, users can now deploy a high bandwidth 10Gb backbone from the IBM SAN Volume Controller with petabytes of backend storage in the core, to hundreds or thousands of servers on the edge. The SAN Volume Controller V4.2.0 Supported Hardware List for QLogic(r) products including the SANbox 9000, SANbox 5600 and QLogic SANblade(r) HBAs, can be viewed on-line.
