Opalis Signs Deal With NIBC

TORONTO -- Opalis Software, Inc., the leading provider of Run Book Automation (RBA) software that orchestrates, integrates, and automates IT operational processes, today announced it has signed an agreement with NIBC, a leading merchant bank focused on the mid-cap segment in Western Europe. The agreement calls for an enterprise-wide site license of Opalis' IT process automation software.

According to Opalis CEO Todd DeLaughter, "NIBC has had such early success using Opalis' technology to automate a set of key processes, the bank now plans to expand these automation capabilities to additional business-critical processes across the entire Windows infrastructure, which supports NIBC's banking business."
