NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Peak 10, the leading independent data center operator and managed services provider, today announced that Landmark Digital Services will safeguard its mission-critical IT infrastructure within Peak 10s second regional state-of-the-art data center facility.

“Peak 10 is a trusted name in the industry and its talented team, focus on quality control and impressive engineering expertise made this an easy decision for us,” said Darren Briggs, vice president and chief technology officer at Landmark. “Peak 10 has an outstanding reputation in our market, and as an advisor and extension of our IT department, will allow us to focus on growing and enhancing our business while effectively meeting the needs of our customers.”

Completed earlier this year, Peak 10’s second Nashville data center contains 10,000-square feet of data center space, providing Peak 10 Nashville with more than 20,000-square feet of premiere data center space to accommodate its growing and diverse customer base. The new facility will provide Peak 10’s customers with additional room for growth and will be leveraged to help them meet regulatory compliance requirements. Customers will also benefit from lower operating costs by maximizing internal IT resources through the security and availability of a complex technology infrastructure.

“Peak 10 engaged PTS Consulting Group, LLC, an internationally recognized mission critical facilities engineering and IT consulting firm, to commission Nashville’s second data center,” said David Kidd, director of quality assurance and compliance for Peak 10. “In a very structured manner, the formal commissioning process allows us to independently evaluate the integrated operations of individual data center systems in concert. Through in-depth testing with a team of professional engineers, we were able to effectively establish the capabilities and reliability of the data center's mission critical infrastructure.”
