JMR BlueStor 3U Rack leverages LSI MegaRAID products to maximize PCI express bandwidth

CHATSWORTH, Calif. -- JMR Electronics Inc., a premier supplier of Storage and Server Platforms for OEMs, Systems Integrators and VARS, announced today it is offering technologically advanced storage servers and SAS Expansion storage systems using the latest generation of JMR products and LSI Corporation SAS RAID controllers.
We have completed months of performance and compatibility testing between the LSI MegaRAID® 8308ELP, 8344ELP and 8888ELP PCIe RAID controllers and our new BlueStor™ 3U rack mount storage servers and SAS Expanders,” said Josef Rabinovitz, CEO of JMR. “We are very confident that our customers will be pleased with the results. The feature set of the LSI MegaRAID controller is ideal for BlueStor users, enabling the full bandwidth of the latest PCI Express technology to be realized.”

In addition, JMR and ASI Corporation announced a distribution agreement whereby ASI will distribute the JMR BlueStor family of products, offering them as fully or partially integrated subsystems. ASI is a franchised LSI distributor, further reinforcing the JMR and LSI relationship.
