SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- InMage Systems, Inc., the leading provider of business continuity and disaster recovery software for medium and large enterprises, today announced that its DR-Scout disaster recovery (DR) and continuous data protection (CDP) software solution has successfully completed interoperability testing with IBMs System Storage products and has been confirmed as IBM System Storage Proven at the IBM Innovation Center in San Mateo, California. IBM System Storage products confirmed for use with DR-Scout are the IBM System Storage DS4000, IBM System Storage TS3200 Tape Library and IBM System Storage SAN Volume Controller. The IBM System Storage Proven program builds on IBM’s already extensive interoperability efforts to develop and deliver products and solutions that work together with third party products.

The IBM System Storage Proven program supports the ability of independent hardware and software vendors to build high-quality solutions with the latest technology on leading storage platforms as well as reduce solution design time when multiple, tested building blocks have already been pre-tested.

"This program helps enhance the value and credibility of our DR-Scout solution to businesses considering an effective business continuance and disaster recovery implementation," said John Ferraro, President and CEO of InMage Systems. “Our participation in the program demonstrates that InMage and IBM are each focused on customer satisfaction by promoting greater interoperability while offering IT departments tightly coupled DR and CDP solutions that greatly streamline costs and management efficiencies.”
