MILPITAS, Calif. -- announced today that the HighPoint RocketRAID 3320 and RocketRAID 3220 series controllers have been certified by Microsoft Corps WHQL team as hardware "Certified for Windows Vista". This certification assures compatibility of the RocketRAID 3000 series with Windows Vista 32 and 63 bit versions.

The WHQL certification ensures that original equipment manufactures (OEMs), System Integrators (SIs) and end users can utilize the RocketRAID 3000 series controllers that work efficiently and optimally with Microsoft Windows Vista 32 and 64 bit versions. With the WHQL certification customers can be confident when using the RocketRAID 3000 series controllers and that the products have been designed to meet the Microsoft set standards of ease of use and reliability.

The RocketRAID 3320/3200 are hardware RAID 6 SATA RAID controllers with an enterprise level of data protection features including dynamic bad sector repair and remapping, disk scrubbing and MAID (Massive Array of Idle Disk) plus advanced monitoring features called SHI (Storage Health Inspector).
