Emulex, Brocade Provide Solutions

LAS VEGAS -- Emulex Corporation (NYSE:ELX) and Brocade (Brocade(r))(Nasdaq:BRCD) today announced that the two companies' 4Gb/s SANconnectivity solutions and storage provisioning software have beenincorporated into the new HP EVA4100 SAN Starter Kit.

Emulex's EZPilot(tm) SAN installation and storage provisioningsoftware, 4Gb/s HBAs, and the Brocade 210E switch, which provides 8ports of 4Gb/s connectivity and innovative ease-of-use features for thesmall and departmental SAN market segments, have been integrated intothe new HP EVA4100 SAN Starter Kit for simplified SAN deployment andmanagement. This offering provides entry-level and mid-market customerswith a powerful, affordable, easy-to-deploy SAN solution.
