COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Emerson Network Power, a business of Emerson (NYSE:EMR) and the global leader in enabling Business-Critical Continuity, announced a price increase in reaction to higher commodity costs. The increase, which averages 5 percent, affects the Liebert and Knurr-branded products.

“We’re experiencing significant cost increases in many of the materials used in the products we manufacture,” said Chuck Spears, president, Liebert North America, Emerson Network Power. “We’ll continue to collaborate with our suppliers and aggressively focus on cost containment to minimize the impact on our customers as these costs continue to increase.”
