Datavail acquires Stratavia's managed services business, signs licensing agreement for Stratavia's managed services business

DENVER -- Stratavia, a leading provider of Data Center automation software, announced today that Datavail Corporation will acquire its managed services business and license Stratavia Data Palette, its flagship data center automation solution. Datavail, a new venture led by Michael Jones, will retain operations in Denver, Colorado with a support site in Mumbai, India and continue to provide automation services to more than 40 customers.
