Datavail acquires Stratavia's managed services business, signs licensing agreement for Stratavia's managed services business

DENVER -- Stratavia, a leading provider of Data Center automation software, announced today that Datavail Corporation will acquire its managed services business and license Stratavia Data Palette, its flagship data center automation solution. Datavail, a new venture led by Michael Jones, will retain operations in Denver, Colorado with a support site in Mumbai, India and continue to provide automation services to more than 40 customers.
“Datavail will begin as a thriving business with an established and growing customer base and will focus efforts on continuing to grow and expand our reach,” said Michael Jones, CEO, Datavail. “We will continue to enjoy the strategic advantage provided by Stratavia’s data center automation platform, Data Palette, throughout our global data center network.”
