NEW YORK, Sept. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Computer Generated Solutions, Inc. (CGS) announces general availability of a new hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) option for its award-winning soft goods industry-specific BlueCherry enterprise management and Leadtec shop floor control solutions. In support of the move, CGS has secured Terremark, a leading global provider of IT infrastructure services, to provide world-class hosting services for its SaaS computing platform. The relationship also enables CGS to bundle Terremark's advanced disaster recovery tools with traditional CGS on-premise client-server implementations.
New York-based jeans and sportswear marketer I.C. Isaacs & Company, US licensee for the Marithe et Francois Girbaud brand, is among the first fashion companies to select the new SaaS delivery for its new BlueCherry enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution. The system implementation encompasses a comprehensive ERP toolset, including financials and EDI retailer connectivity.
