C2C Installs 500th

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- C2C, the leading supplier of enterprise email archiving software, today announced the 500th worldwide installation of its award-winning Archive One solution, which helps organizations comply with industry regulations and minimize mailbox size.

With nearly 200 installations in the past year alone, C2C has placed its comprehensive solution Archive One to manage email archiving, search and discovery and mailbox capacity at various organizations, including healthcare, education, manufacturing, finance, banking and insurance organizations and central and non-federal government agencies throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

"Email backups, alone, were taking 17 hours daily and 35 hours on weekends,"says Patrick Hines, senior network administrator of USHealth Group, Inc., a Fort Worth, Texas-based insurance company. "Since going live with Archive One in late December, email backups have dropped by 80 percent. It's down to two hours on weeknights and four on weekends, which means our current server capacity will last for the equipment's lifecycle," Hines says."Implementation was straightforward and any complexities are well hidden from the user".

In addition to reaching the milestone sales of its Archive One solution, C2C has also completed more than 60 installations of other supplementary software products targeting compliance and discovery in the past three months, including sales of its Access Security Manager, which ensures mailbox access integrity that is critical for compliance purposes, and Discovery Manager, which targets rules for e-discovery and disclosure.
