SAN JOSE, Calif -- NessTechnologies (NASDAQ: NSTC), a global provider of IT services and solutions, today announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with Brocade (NASDAQ: BRCD), the leader in networked storage solutions that help enterprises connect, share and manage their information. According to the terms of the collaboration, Ness Technologies has established a Research & Development Center in Pune, India to support Brocade's fast growing File Area Network (FAN) business.

The Ness and Brocade collaboration provides Brocade with expanded resources for the company's File Area Network technology development, maintenance and test activities.
