Boeing selects Ciprico's storage software and Talon platforms

MINNEAPOLIS -- Ciprico Inc.(NASDAQ: CPCI) (the "Company"), a leading provider of storagesoftware and storage solutions for digital data assets, announcedtoday that it had been awarded a multi-year contract to supplystorage software in a ruggedized Talon(R) storage solution to Boeing. Ciprico was represented by Federal Edge Inc., one of our primaryValue Added Resellers serving the United States military, Governmentagencies, and aerospace industry.

The contract is expected to result in the Company recognizingapproximately $1 million in revenue in the second half of calendar2007. The first phase of the program involves the delivery of 19Talon(R) systems with the Company's storage software for use duringground-based testing. Over the life of this particular contract it isanticipated that an additional 216 Talon(R) solutions systems wouldbe purchased with the total contract estimated to be $8M - $12M.
