ADC & APC Form Strategic Partnership

MINNEAPOLIS and WEST KINGSTON, R.I. -- ADC (NASDAQ: ADCT) (www.adc.com) today announced that it is forming a strategic partnership with APC, a global leader in integrated critical power and cooling services, that will deliver integrated solutions around fiber optic switches and storage area network devices in the data center market. An agreement between the companies is expected to be finalized in July.

The partnership will combine ADCs expertise in physical layer connectivity and fiber cable management with APC’s expertise in complete physical infrastructure management to deliver differentiated and premium solutions to data center customers.
