SAN DIEGO -- BakBone Software (Pink Sheets:BKBO - News), a global provider of heterogeneous integrated data protection solutions, today announced NetVault: Report Manager version 3.5 to help Exchange users maximize storage utilization rates. Version 3.5 has been designed to provide real-time information on Exchange server space usage and the data needed to accurately forecast Exchange database storage growth.

NetVault: Report Manager v3.5 builds on BakBone's extensive, proven expertise protecting over 5000 Microsoft Windows customers with its NetVault®: Backup APM for Exchange and SQL Server products. With the updates in NetVault: Report Manager 3.5, users are now able to reduce storage growth and improve Exchange administration by identifying duplicate data, dormant mailboxes and unused distribution lists while monitoring mail delivery times and key mailbox tracking information.

"The ability to keep vigilant watch over our servers and assess situations as they arise is vital to keeping our operation running proficiently. Report Manager allows us to monitor which users are utilizing the most network space, who is sending and receiving the highest amount of emails and allows us to monitor whether or not our servers are being used to distribute spam."
