SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- Opsware Inc. (NASDAQ:OPSW), the leading provider of Data Center Automation software, today announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of Bellevue Washington-based iConclude Co., the privately-held technology leader in IT process automation software.

Opsware is renaming iConcludes software to the Opsware Process Automation System, which will continue to be available both as a stand-alone product and integrated with Opsware’s Data Center Automation suite. iConclude sold the software under the name, “OpsForce,” while Opsware has been reselling it under the name “Orchestrator” since November of 2006. These names will now be discontinued. The Opsware Process Automation System is fully integrated with Opsware’s complete automation suite, including the Server Automation System, Network Automation System, Visual Application Manager, Virtualization Director, and Operational Management Database (OMDB).
