PASADENA, Calif. -- Guidance Software Inc. (NASDAQ:GUID), the World Leader in Digital Investigations, today announced that Koch Industries, Inc., the largest private company in America with more than $110 billion in revenues, has signed an agreement to use EnCase® eDiscovery on a Pay-Per-Use basis.

Guidance Software’s revolutionary Pay-Per-Use program allows customers to pay for eDiscovery investigations through operating budgets on a per case, per custodian basis and at a fraction of what it would cost to outsource the function. It offers organizations the option of paying for only what they use, with charges tied to the amount of data searched, collected, processed, and output into load files.

“Guidance Software announced the EnCase eDiscovery Pay-Per-Use program a little over a month ago,” said Victor Limongelli, President and CEO of Guidance Software. “In that short time, we are proud to have demonstrated just how appealing this payment option is to leading companies like Koch Industries.”
