(the Company”)(Pink Sheets: DIGI), announced today that it had realigned its directors and executive officers, released its audited consolidated financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2007, and 2006, and had filed a Form 10 Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
