We've also learned that what makes a product right for one industry--say, financial services--could make it exactly wrong for another industry. Large, multinational enterprises have different criteria than do midsize manufacturers or retailers. We believe that by exposing the detailed process by which we evaluate products, you can more effectively assess products for your own shortlist. And as always, we know that when we find a product lacking, our reviews help provide you with the ammunition to force vendors to address those shortcomings. We hope you'll like our new evaluation style, and we're willing to bet you won't miss letter grades--not even a little.
