Buffalo Simplifies File Sharing

Buffalo Technology announced its new Web Access feature for its LinkStation Live NAS devices

AUSTIN, Texas -- Buffalo Technology, a global leader in the design, development and manufacturing of wired and wireless networking, storage and memory solutions today announced its new Web Access feature for its LinkStation Live NAS devices. Web Access allows consumers and SOHO users to instantly and securely share and access digital content, such as photos, videos, music and other data stored on a LinkStation Live from anywhere in the world.

The new Web Access feature is available via a simple web browser interface. Because no software or drivers are required to share or access content, set-up is a snap. Simply log onto www.buffaloNAS.com from any computer, enter your LinkStation name and immediately connect to your digital content. The new feature is available for existing LinkStation Live customers via a simple firmware upgrade.

"Our customers demand an effortless solution for accessing and sharing computer content while on-the-go," said Morikazu Sano, senior vice president of global sales and marketing at Buffalo. "Buffalo has always been committed to simplifying and enhancing the user experience, and the new Web Access feature for the LinkStation Live couldn't make it any easier to access content from anywhere in the world." Buffalo Technology (USA) Inc.
