Having said all this, e-discovery workflow and technology issues are not appreciably different in Canada than they are in the U.S. Canadian e-discovery can benefit greatly from the use of the proper e-discovery tools, such as automated collection and indexing, litigation hold support, query suggestions, and multi-tiered review and production platforms.
