New OS33 Software Helps MSPs Deliver Cloud To Their Customers: Page 2 of 2

He describes the "MSP enablement market" as very competitive, with giants such as HP, IBM and Microsoft entering it, but also with smaller players such as n-Able, Level Platforms, OS33 and other SaaS and cloud providers jumping in.

OS33 enables MSPs like NetEffect Networks to give small to midsize clients access to enterprise-level applications like Citrix and Microsoft RDP that, individually, would be difficult for them to afford, says Jeff Grace, president and CEO of the Las Vegas-based MSP. "OS33, through their portal, is allowing us to leverage these amazing technologies and deliver the applications to our smallish clients," says Grace.

NetEffect had been shopping around for just such a SaaS offering for a while, but found a lot of the solutions "shallow" and based on "marketing BS," he adds. OS33, on the other hand, supports a wide range of applications likely found in corporate environments, such as QuickBooks for accounting.

Earlier this month, OS33 announced that a number of MSP partners, including NetEffect, had joined the MSP Quick Start Program to deliver OS33 cloud-based hosted IT solutions to their customers.
