Since 2002 he had been CEO of Memcall, a pioneer in layer 4-7 search processor technology, and previously was founder and vice president of marketing for Nueba Semiconductor, a security processor startup.
He has held a variety of management positions at the communications divisions of Cypress Semiconductor, Integrated Device Technology, Zoran, Motorola, NEC and Teknekron Communications Systems.
He is currently chairman of the board of Software Incubators, a wireless client-server financial services company.
A resident of Palo Alto, Eichen, holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
