GARDEN GROVE, Calif. -- Kano Technologies Corporation, a market leader in high-performance direct and network-attached storage products for Windows, Linux and Apple Macintosh systems, has introduced the NetCOR IP-SAN Enterprise Series, an innovative family of iSCSI-based SAN (storage areanetwork) appliances for the small and midsize business (SMB) market.

The NetCOR IP-SAN delivers enterprise level IP-SAN storage technology, allowing SMBs to centralize server storage under a single, secure management console and a proven hardware platform. With the integrated StorSAN Manager Console, world-class Intel hardware and industry leading 3ware 9650SE RAID controller, the NetCOR IP-SAN provides SMBs with a complete SAN solution, deployable within a single rack mount appliance over existing gigabit ethernet networks.

"With the new NetCOR IP-SAN, SMBs can finally harness the performance of high-speed SAN storage at an unprecedented low price and without the added cost of fibre-channel networking," said Robert Young, national sales manager at Kano. "Additionally, with the intuitive and feature-rich StorSAN Manager console, the NetCOR IP-SAN is one of the easiest SAN solutions in the market to deploy and manage yet it does not sacrifice any of the enterprise level features that SMBs also require."
