Unfortuantely, it seems Benjamin Curtis, who played Dell's slacker-esque pitchman "Steve" in those now infamous commercials is getting something himself...
a date with a judge.

Curtis got busted over the weekend in NYC's lower east side for buying a small bag of Marajuana. His agent had no immediate comment.

I can think of one. "Dude, you're gonna need bail!"
