The phrase "eDiscovery in the cloud" is so vast as to be meaningless. You have got to pin down your definitions of what kind of cloud you're talking about before you can talk about doing eDiscovery in it.

To put it briefly, for now: eDiscovery SaaS, O.K. A private storage cloud that enables eDiscovery custody and control, O.K. A public storage cloud for eDiscovery -- run screaming in the opposite direction. Please.
