Biggest lesson of the VoIP project: "You need a team with both a voice and data background to have a successful and timely implementation."

Next time, I'll: "Start sooner. Offices that came online with traditional phone infrastructure could have been done with IP telephony instead, and now it's tougher to make the business case for replacing recently purchased equipment."
