(NASDAQ:CVLT), a leading provider of data management software applications and related services, announced today the pricing of a public offering of 7,870,000 shares of its common stock at $17.00 per share (before underwriting discounts and commissions). Of those shares, CommVault is selling 300,000 shares and selling stockholders are selling 7,570,000 shares. The underwriters have an option to purchase a maximum of 1,172,329 additional shares from the selling stockholders to cover over-allotment of shares.
