Aimed at small and midsize enterprises, the Ultamus RAID 1200 provides up to 9 TB of storage in a 2U enclosure. The product can be configured with a combination of up to 12 Serial ATA II or SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) drives. It supports RAID 6 and includes redundant controllers, fan modules and power supplies. Connectivity options include 4-Gbps Fibre Channel and 3-Gbps SAS. The 1200 is managed with a browser-based console and supports SNMP and SMI-S (Storage Management Initiative Specification). Pricing starts at $18,325.
