Please note that to participate you must offer self-service provisioning of virtual machines and storage via API or Web control panel, without the need to interact with an engineer or salesperson. IaaS vendors may provide additional services that make application deployment easier for their customers, but the core business revolves around on-demand computing resources. You also must provide base pricing information; incomplete questionnaires will be returned. If you do not offer a feature, indicate that with a "N" or "N/A" rather than leaving a field blank.
