As you look out onto 2005, what are your biggest challenges? Do you need to beef up security, deploy a converged voice and data network, incorporate WLANs into your enterprise, make the move to 10-gigabit Ethernet?

Most likely, it's all of the above, and more.

But no matter what your biggest challenges are, if you think only about hardware and software, you're overlooking your most important asset - the people who work for you.

Yes, I know it's a cliche. You hear this kind of thing all the time. But it's not less true just because many people have said it.

After all, hardware changes. Software changes. The business environment changes.
