The Network Analytics products are based on the deep experience of Sonus' Global Services group in managing and optimizing the world's largest VoIP networks. The products are available as individually licensed software packages or bundled with a comprehensive SGS Professional Service offering.

The three offerings that make up the Network Analytics Suite are:
NetScore: NetScore collects and analyzes Call Detail Records (CDRs) from Sonus network elements to provide a holistic, real-time view of Network Performance through visual reports and alerts on Key Performance Indicators (KPI). With NetScore, network operators can monitor and pinpoint problems via customizable thresholds and automatically detect potential performance issues.
NetAssure: Utilizing a combination of distributed agents and probes, NetAssure provides visibility into the network's Quality of Experience (QoE). With NetAssure, network operators can understand how well the network is delivering services and systematically isolate any quality degradations that may occur.
