Allegiance SocialVoice monitors Twitter for relevant names and keywords and enables companies to effectively respond to tweets and invite additional feedback. SocialVoice also aggregates data so that companies can identify trends and prioritize response and development. The screen shows customers discussing their mobile phone experience. A mobile GPS company could convert mentions of mobile GPS into a conversation through Twitter, authenticated through the company's Twitter account, and then ask for additional feedback through a small URL that leads Tweeters to a survey. Results are reported on Allegiance's survey reporting and text analytics platform.
