You can post as much as you want as often as you want on any social media platform, but beware annoying potential customers by misusing a site. Twitter is designed for short, quick updates. If you update often on Twitter, you can meet your goal of providing fresh updates and exciting teasers--and you are likely to be seen as a Twitter star. But if you update often on Facebook, you run the danger of making people angry for clogging their news feed.
