Kudos to BJN for beating MS to Lync integration with Skype. Smaller companies do tend to be more nimble! It is not true that: "Other videoconferencing systems still require the installation of hardware on the customer's network or their software installed on any participant's end point device." Vidtel's cloud video conferencing service does not require any hardware or software installations. We integrate H.323, SIP, Skype, and Google Talk endpoints in the cloud with no need to visit a web portal, install software/hardware or do IT setup. Just dial into a meeting room in the cloud.
