The first rule of course is never to call it gamification. Employee participation, employee engagement, anything but games. Imagine ex-Marine FedEx CEO Fred Smith being told about gamification. Next step is to make suggestions and participation a natural part of work. Third is to reward (badges, money) suggestions and ideas but don't knock down goofy suggestions in public.

Hey Eric. Gamification sometimes gets a bad rap in my opinion. Can you give some examples of how FedEx or others are using that approach to their advantage?

Eric, great thoughts on twitter's revolutionary branding enhancement. Now a days twitter is becoming the most prominent medium of social media networking for businesses all over the world.
