Alliance Enhances Buyer and Seller Community

ARLINGTON, Va. Ð May 15, 2000 Ð telezoo.com, the B2B telecommunications marketplace, and Network Computing Magazine, a CMP Media Inc. publication, announced today a strategic partnership designed to better facilitate the buying and selling of telecommunications products and services. Forging a co-branding relationship, both organizations will leverage each other's content using telezoo.com's facilitated e-commerce engine as a platform. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

telezoo.com and Network Computing will benefit from serving a larger number of qualified industry buyers. Beginning next month, both companies will share each other's content. Network Computing will include product and service search and comparison features, the RFP builder and preview feature and vendor sign-up capabilities from telezoo.com.

From Network Computing, the telezoo.com marketplace will feature product and service reviews attached to supplier product and service listings. The magazine's interactive report card will be displayed within the select features and product reviews. Additionally, telezoo will receive bi-weekly feeds of links to Network Computing's articles and editorials.
