Beyond The Hype: Next-Generation ASPs
November 14, 2001

While much of the hype around Application Service Provisioning has died down, next-generation ASPs are becoming part of the mainstream. The appeal of applications- as-a-service is growing, especially within companies that confront IT budgetary belt-tightening and the need to do more with less.

Building a rock-solid ASP solution requires equal parts of technology and common sense. In this NetSeminar, we'll be joined by Interpath Communications to examine next generation application service providers as they and their customers keep an eye on the long-term advantages while they work out the details of realistic service levels, security and costs.

Overview:

The NetSeminar format is a live, interactive Web-based audio, video and text presentation, designed to address a targeted audience of on-line views. Each event is typically an hour in length, divided in half between the "presentation session" and a "live Q&A session." Content for NetSeminars can either be editorially driven by Network Computing, from a list of topics, or custom driven by the sponsor. This event is completely turnkey - all details are conducted by Network Computing.
