HP hates the Sun takeover, but it looks as if the StorageTek deal's safe on both sides

The HP deal is one of many questions raised by the proposed merger. Others involve the status of OEM agreements between Sun and Engenio Information Technologies Inc., from which Sun OEMs a SAN system (see Engenio's Sun Rises). More answers will doubtless emerge as plans unfold.
