I really like the DJ comparison. You can get all kinds of tools to automate music production, but you still need a skillful person with a good ear and an inventive mind to make smart use of them.

Real-Time
Establishing a link that enables real-time communication and collaboration in the organization is the single most important tool that will determine both present and future success. If automated systems are possible in theory and are not implemented in practice, then it is a sign that the organization is not serious about communication and collaboration.
