Security and open source are combined in Immunix Secure OS 7.3. Immunix uses open-source technologies to incorporate security features, such as buffer-overflow protection, into its applications. Enhancements to the 2.4 Linux kernel let Immunix include LSM (Linux Security Modules), such as Immunix's admin program, SubDomain. This program profiles 30 major services and programs, and allows you to use full regular expressions in a subdomain rule.
