In government, it's easy to make the argument that these tools can and should be used for public safety, but what about in the corporate world? Is it possible to find a happy medium between sound security and freedom to e-mail?

If your organization aggressively vets e-mail through a keyword filter, I'd love to hear from you about how well the technology has worked for you. I'd also love to hear the general reaction of your employees to the technology.
